WDMES Picture Gallery 2

We now have another new club loco.

Counting our electric diesel shunter, this make 3 club locos, when a couple of years ago we had none.

This one is a Sweet Pea, started by John Johnson of Urmston and District Model Engineers who died before it was finished, this was assembled by Jim Haslam, and then completed and made to work by Mike Mercer (both of WDMES). While still strictly the property of John's widow, Irene, the loco is on loan to the club for use as a club loco.
